These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Kvary.Network repository content, including governance documents, specifications, process maps, reference materials, and related implementation artifacts.

2) Ownership

All repository materials are proprietary to Digital Village / Kvary.Network unless a specific file states otherwise.

3) Permitted Use

You may use the materials only for:

• internal architecture, governance, compliance, and implementation work;
• internal testing, validation, and audit preparation;
• approved collaboration with authorized partners under confidentiality obligations.

4) Restricted Use

Without prior written permission, you must not:

• republish, redistribute, sublicense, or sell repository content;
