Definitions

EvidenceRef: External evidence locator or identifier referenced by hash or immutable ID.
Trace Link: Deterministic linkage between decision and execution records (for example authDecisionEntryHash).
Audit Trail: Replayable sequence of records that proves what decision enabled which action.
