• The documents listed above SHALL constitute the governance baseline for EX-PL-01.
• All UI and implementation efforts MUST comply with this baseline.

• This freeze SHALL NOT be interpreted as implementation completeness.
• This freeze SHALL NOT prevent future changes through versioned governance updates.

Change Policy

• Any modification MUST create a new version.
